It was super nice of you to take time out of your day to answer our questions, and even tell jokes :D Sometimes the keyboard messed up and i wasn’t able to type my questions, so what would you say to somones who has an interest in science but doesnt know how to pursue it? Thank you for your time! x

thank you – It was great being able to chat with you (and sorry about my poor jokes!). I think if you have an interest the best thing you can do is try to learn a little bit more about it – both in an educational setting and in your own time. So study the subject for GCSE(s), but also explore outside of school – there is so much good content online these days to read and watch. I still watch youtube channels on statistics and read books on genetics 🙂 As you get older you can also try to get some work experience with a scientist (in a hospital, or lab) to get a ‘peek behind the curtain’ and ask questions. A lot of scientists are happy to host new and keen students in their lab for a few days over the summer to show them what the job involves, etc.
