Do you mean less bacteria by saying ‘cleaner’? If so then I would say that human, dog and cat mouths all have a lot of bacteria in them – this is a good thing in most cases, as the bacteria that live in our mouths don’t harm us and instead protect us against infection from harmful bacteria that we might encounter from food/water. Because humans generally brush their teeth at least daily (and sometimes use mouth wash) this will remove some of the bacteria from the mouth. Generally dogs’ teeth get cleaned much less than a human, and I doubt anyone cleans cat’s teeth right? So I would say humans probably have less bacteria in their mouths than a dog or cat.
