Question: Why do I think i am awesome, but others don't agree. Why do we all think differently?

I think awesomeness is subjective and we all have different scales with which we judge awesomeness in others. The brain is such a complex organ that is shaped by our genes and our experiences and it is a combination of these that causes us all to think slightly differently to one another. It would be boring if we are thought exactly the same.
