• Question: When I look in the corners of my eyes they hurt. Do you know why???

      It can be normal to feel some discomfort if trying to hold your eyes in an extreme of gaze (like looking all the way to the right or to the left) for some length of time. This might be related to strain in the muscles that move the eyes, which have to be very precise and coordinated. If the pain is unusual or getting worse, then it is worth seeing an eye doctor.
