  It would be quite tough for even the best artist! I think scientists don’t have a clear idea of how evolution will effect us in the future. Modern medicine, plentiful food etc has reduced the consequences of selection, but it’s not gone completely. We are definitely evolving, but it’s hard to say how that would make us look different. Technology in the future may play a bigger role in changing our appearance.
