• Question: did the first ever humans have the parts of body we have now , or did we evolve to have ears etc....

      Thank you for your question, yes, the first humans (of our own species Homo sapiens) and our human ancestors evolving from about 7 million years ago, all would have had the same body parts as we do. You can see a similar body plan in chimpanzees and other great Apes who are our closest primate relatives.
