If I take your question literally then I would say no, not at all – science doesn’t really create anything entirely new. Even when something new is discovered it is not really ‘created’ by science, it has just been understood and/or exploited by the scientific process. While science doesn’t create anything per se, the scientific process often requires a great deal of creativity to think about ways to move forward to answer the questions you are trying to answer. Hopefully that makes sense!
Science is a way of finding out things rather than creating them. Some things are created with the help of science e.g. technology. But science did not create the natural world, although it was created by scientific processes.
